10 Minute Abs #21dayfix

Well I have to say... I ❤ #10MinuteAbs! I am really starting to see definition in my abs from incorporating 10 min abs into my daily workout routine 2 times / day in addition to the "workout of the day" for the 21 Day Fix. 

This super short workout really gets the heart rate up and makes you feel the workout!

Better than a Mercedes Benz!

Sometimes we forget that our body is our temple, and we should care for it on a daily basis. 

Just think... If you bought a brand new Mercedes Benz, would you put unleaded fuel in it or skip oil changes? I think not! We need to remember that our bodies need the right fuel (healthy food) and proper upkeep (exercise) to run properly, too!

Non-Scale Victory

I am so happy to report that I have lost 3.5 pounds since starting back with the 21 Day Fix. I am currently on day 13. 

I have a non-scale victory to report! I am starting to see a "V-cut" in my abs! It is thrilling for me because I never thought I would start to have a flat tummy again let alone start to see ab definition!

I'm back!

Hey everyone! 

Sorry about the break in posting! I'm back now!

I'm on day 12 of the 21 Day Fix! I've been doing my workouts daily PLUS  doing 10 min abs 2x a day and walking between 3-6 miles a day! I've been pretty busy! 

One thing I've noticed is that my butt is becoming firmer and my tummy is getting flatter!
