21 Day Fix: Yoga Fix
New video posted today. Just a snippet from my Yoga session yesterday. I did the 21 Day Fix: Yoga Fix.
If you watch the movie, you will see that I am just a normal, everyday person like you. I have clothes hanging up in the background, my hair is crazy, my dogs are in the kitchen, and my mountain-man looking father makes a little cameo as well.
