Day One

Today was day one of Round TWO for the 21 Day Fix & Round ONE of PiYo. 

The #21dayfix workout was Total Body Cardio Fix. This workout is about 29 minutes in length and really makes you sweat! It is 4 rounds with 2 exercises reach round. There is NO bonus round! 

The #PiYo workout today was Align : The Fundamentals. This workout was nearly 43 minutes, but it is low impact and educational. Chalene goes through the basics of PiYo to familiarize you with the PiYo moves. 

For fun, I walked 3 miles with my mom and aunt plus added in #10MinuteAbs from the 21 Day Fix. 

In total, I worked out for about 2.5 hours. I feel amazing!
