These pills have given me mental clarity improvement. I have noticed when I take the pills that they enhance my ability to focus throughout the day. The only "down side" about the pills is that it is recommended to place them under your tongue to dissolve for better absorption. I personally have struggled a bit with the taste, but overall I continue to use these pills because the GOOD outweighs the bad for me!
