I really liked this product because it comes in 2 separate bottles. One bottle is a cleanse and the other bottle is garcinia. I personally have really only used the garcinia. I am a little hesitant to use the cleanse because I do not want to get an upset stomach. When I get a few days consecutively off from work, I will use the cleanse.

These pills did not make me feel sick and have helped to boost my energy levels!
