These pills have been great so far. I received them about a week and a half ago. I have not had any adverse reactions to them and they do not make me sick. I have noticed a slight improvement in energy and decreasing my stress levels since starting this product. I will continue to use it - I am sure I will have even greater improvement with long-term use!
