Who's awake?

The Steelers won! I'm so happy! Now time to do a few stretches and a little yoga before trying to get to bed for the night. Had my sliced pineapple for the night; however, did not get to talk to my friend Candie due to a death in the family. Positive thoughts go out to Candie and her family / friends.

When you can't sleep, what are some things that you do to help calm and quieten your mind? I personally like to stretch and center my mind; by focusing on stretching, it allows me to become more at ease and less anxious.
