Chicken, Pork and Veggie Medley
For anyone that says you will be hungry on the 21 Day Fix, THINK AGAIN! Look at the amount of food you can have on this meal plan! I am NEVER hungry!
Chicken is seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, and mushrooms
Pork is only only seasoned with garlic powder and onion powder
Veggie Medley was done in a wok with sesame oil - it consists of broccoli, carrots, onions, yellow peppers
Slow Cooker Chicken (1 red)
Slow Cooker Pork (1 red)
Veggie Medley + mushrooms in the chicken (2 greens)
Sesame oil for the veggie medley (1 tsp)
