Buffalo Chicken Dip with Chips - 21 Day Fix Recipe

Buffalo Chicken Dip with Chips*

Ingredients for Dip
  1. 1/2 red container shredded chicken
  2. 1/2 red container plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1/2 blue container shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Tabasco (to taste - it's a freebie)
  5. *Pictured with guacamole (1/2 blue container)
Ingredients for Chips
  1. 2 corn tortillas (yellow)
  2. Serve with 1 (green) container of green celery for even more crunch!
Instructions for Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix chicken, Greek yogurt, Tobasco and half of cheese together.
  3. Pour into ramekin.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake until heated through, 15 - 20 minutes.
Instructions for Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spray both sides of two corn tortillas with oil (optional) and rub with spices (also optional). I use Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime.
  3. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
  4. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping once.
  6. Dip dip dip with the chips and celery. Put in your belly.
21 Day Fix (entire platter)
  1. 1 red
  2. 1/2 blue
  3. 1 green
  4. 1 yellow
