21 Day Fix Recipe - Simple Burger

Recipe from "Fixed Up Recipes" 


Simple Burger Lettuce Wraps with a Twist
1 red, 1.5 green, 1 blue, 1 orange

Ingredients: 
3 romaine leaves
1 turkey burger cooked and sliced 
3 mushrooms grilled and sliced
1/2 blue shredded cheddar cheese 
1/2 blue walnuts crushed
2 TBSP balsamic glaze (1 orange)
1 smart pocket (1 yellow)

Assembly 
1. Place lettuce leaves on plate
2. Add sliced turkey burger to each leaf.
3. Add mushrooms
4. Add cheese.
5. Add pepper onion relish (recipe below)
6. Add walnuts and drizzle balsamic glaze on top
Pepper Onion Relish ingredients & Recipe
1 small red onion grated
3 baby peppers or half large pepper grated
3 cherry tomatoes diced
2 tsp apple vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together and place on top of lettuce wraps
2. Fold over each side of lettuce to close your "wrap" and enjoy
