I feel kinda guilty saying it, but I'm glad the holidays are over. I love spending time with my family, but it will be nice for stress levels to go back to normal and to get back on track with my workout / eating plan.
Last night, I went to a New Year's Eve party at my friend's house; today I spent the day with my family. Tonight is definitely going to be a much needed, "chill" night. :-)
