Breaded Butterflied Shrimp Parmesan
2 servings
Each serving : 1.25 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1/2 purple

Each serving : 1.25 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1/2 purple
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt, Pepper and paprika to taste
12-16 whole wheat crackers grinded (2 yellows ie ~200 calories or less)
12-16 medium cooked shrimp butterflied (2 reds)
2 blues mozzarella cheese
1 whole egg and 1 egg white beaten
1 purple of tomato sauce
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt, Pepper and paprika to taste
12-16 whole wheat crackers grinded (2 yellows ie ~200 calories or less)
12-16 medium cooked shrimp butterflied (2 reds)
2 blues mozzarella cheese
1 whole egg and 1 egg white beaten
1 purple of tomato sauce
Assembly:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Take butterflied shrimp and dip into egg mixture then bread crumb mixture.
3. Place on lightly sprayed tin and bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
4.Then put 1/2 of the sauce on bottom of a glass tray. Place cooked breaded shrimp on it.
5. Add sauce and mozzarella on top.
6. Cook another 10 minutes until melted
